Last Friday we had another live painting session at Your Space in Rotterdam and our theme was "Europe". The new major of Rotterdam Ahmed Aboutaleb even came and spinned some records together with Minister Timmermans, see this VIDEO. He also joined us to sign his own portrait wich was painted by our guest artist Daan Markus. As always, it was one big party, here some pictures.

Last saturday it was once again time for the anual Maassluis Art Tour Saus Sessie at Grrt's. The weather was ok, the beers were nice and the food was good. The caravan got it's 20th layer of paint and oh, and there was a theme; don't paint your normal character. Can you figure out who did what?

For Young Dock, a three day theatre festival, we painted a wall in the Rotterdamse Schouwburg. Each night we had two hours to work on the wall and our theme was theatre. Update: the wall was supposed to be repainted but the Schouwburg decided to keep it, thanks!

On new years eve we had a live painting session in Cruise Terminal Rotterdam. Ces53, Mayb, Acab, Ox-Alien, Boortorrie & Pinwin showed up to do the job. There was a high class party where all the drinks were for free. We made a 2008 piece, watched the national fireworks wich was next to us on the Erasmusbridge. And made a 9 from the 8 and got drunk. Happy New Year!

Last sunday we did some "Live painting" at Breakfest, a festival in Landgraaf (near Belgium). It was a nice and sunny day where we painted 5 tables that made a wall, The Pinkpop car and a "Springbok" for the Jolly Jumpers.

Last weekend the youngsters of the LP crew (Acab, Sterf, Mayb, Yen, Sake & Pinwin) represented at the notorious Solar festival organised by Extrema in Roermond, down in the south of Holland. When the rest of the crew was at the my808 party in Groningen. The wheater was almost all the time great and the vibe was so good that we almost don't remember a thing. Fat Beats, fresh beers, paint, Goodvibes, freefood, Dixirave's and lots of nice girls. Pinwin even managed somehow to take home the most beautifull girl of the festival as a big bonus on top of a great festival. We painted four walls wich were part of a huge wooden boat in the midle of the festival terain. Two of the walls were along the Solar trackside where a little train was transporting crazy partypeople every two minutes.. Yeah!

Friday 08/08/08 Ox-Alien, Boortorrie, Oles, Grrt & Tinus went to Groningen to paint at the My808 party in Simplon. Together with Mickey we painted a wall during the party were the beers went down well and some fresh 808-tunes were played. The next day we painted a wall next to the Simplon hostel together with Mickey again. Thanks to Woolmark for inviting us, we had a great time in the far north!

Lastplak was double booked this weekend. The oldschool pappies went to the Leiden Zomerjam and the youngsters (Acab, Mayb, Sterf and Pinwin) went to Extrema Outdoor Festival in Best near Eindhoven. It was a good paint session at one of Hollands best festivals ,and we even had a little bit of sun! We painted the Solar stage as promotion for the Solar festival wich will take place on the 9th and 10th of August, where we also gonna paint. While painting the stage the party was booming and we jumped and bounced on the beats of Vitalic and Dr.Lektroluv, in the meantime we were consuming some nice free beers!
