This afternoon some of us were lucky to visit the P-Funk Grandmaster George Clinton Parliament Funkadelic Masterclass at the World Music and Dance Centre, Rotterdam. One hour of Question / Answer and a nice jamsession with WMDC students. Afterwards we offered him a painting and feeling like visiting Sinterklaas we took some pictures and offcourse got the musicians to sign my precious Parliament albums. Tonight they perform at the WATT.

To our big surprise we got asked to paint at the infamous Zwarte Cross festival in de Achterhoek. Four days of camping, mud, beer, truckersballen, motorbikes, ekte tsjerrekters, more beer, alot of boeren and of course plenty of paint! Top Lastplak farmers Boortorrie, BA, Yen, MayB, ACAB and Oles visited tante Rikie together with mr. Daan Markus.com and had a super good time, hope to be back next year, heukehhh!!!

Last sunday there was a spontaneous action by different writers who happened to be in Rotterdam to paint the side of Club Watt. The police showed up because people from the neighborhood complained and there was no official permit, after a hour of arguing we could finish our mural. Martha Cooper was also with us to document the whole thing, in the end she said: "Police 0 – Art 1". Here some pictures.

Just a little update on our summer schedule: The 24th, 25th & 26th of July we are painting at The Zwarte Cross festival in the east of Holland, the 7th, 8th & 9th of August we are painting at the Solar festival in the south of Holland and the 30th of August we are painting at Breakfest festival also in the south of Holland.
