Lastplak is a group of around nine painters with different backgrounds and diverse skills. Our goal is to paint, no matter what surface, size or location. Our work can be found all over the world, but our homebase is Rotterdam, so that's where most of our stuff can be seen. Ja toch!
And because it's summer we had no trouble finding a nice wall to paint with our friends from Poland, mr. M-City and mr. Zbiok. If you want your children to enjoy this wall every day, just send them to De Klimop in Rotterdam Noord!
Last weekend it was nice weather and painting time again. First Ox and Pinwin painted a caravan, then we helped Mayb moving to Rotterdam and had a BBQ. And we went to Vreewijk (Rotterdam south side) to paint a Subaru.
At the moment they are pulling down the houses at the Grotemarkt in Rotterdam. Another Lastplak Mural (120 meters long!) will be gone soon. Here a small clip of Pinwin's wormhead being chopped off.
We had a great party again last saturday at the Club Zonder Concessies: TicToc boys on decks, Funky's b-day bash, lots of friends and a "live" lijf-paint session. Thanks y'all !!
Last Saturday it was time again for our yearly "Watnou caravan" painting session in Maassluis. We thought the annual " Maassluis open gallery route " would be a good moment to do this. Torrie, Pinwin, Sake, Ox-alien, Grrt & Acab showed up and the weather was great and so were the beers and food. Of course somebody asked us to paint their car also. No problemo!

At 13.00 we meet at Noordplein to ride the "Tour de Squat", a leisure ride along squats in Rotterdam, so get on your bike and ride with us, we need to see the streets full of cycling idiots. Of course the weather will be great so everybody will end up in the park for some food and drinks. (squat.net/rotterdam)
Then you need to take some rest and prepare for the second event of the day: Part two of the infamous Lastplak Party, during Motel Mozaique. Once again we got fresh tunes by our good friends the old TicToc boys, we got the HipHop Karaoke Machine by Baschz and FLady and we got visuals by WatNou. The location is still the same, Club Zonder Concessies, Kruiskade 26, Rotterdam. Party starts at 23:00 and ends around 05:00, see you there!
